Series 119 Motorized Ceiling HEPA Filter Module 2'x4'

This self-contained cleanroom filter unit easily installs into a 2 ft x 4 ft ceiling grid system. It is also possible to mount the motorized filter on a support frame or suspend it from a support structure. The unit is made completely of metal and includes a galvanized steel blower housing which screws to the top of an aluminum framed HEPA or ULPA filter. Torsion flex motor mounts and rubber vibration isolation mounts separate the internal direct drive blower and motor from the exterior housing.

The unit draws air in through a top-mounted prefilter which then travels through a HEPA (or ULPA) filter before reaching the critical environment. The airflow of each module can be controlled with a three speed switch on the top of the filter unit. Airflow is made more uniform with internal acoustical foam baffles which also help to mute sound produced by the unit.

A ‘T’ fitting can be integrated with the blower design in order to allow connection to the HVAC system. Larger rooms may require multiple filters.
